As a Localization Lead, you will be playing a pivotal role in managing the projects streams across various teams and various content verticals and you will be responsible for all elements of the localization workflow.

Manage localization projects and requirements across internal and external vendors
Working cross-functionally with the stakeholders to identify critical business blockers and collaborating to solve and optimize these
Oversee end to end localization workflow using our translation management tools and systems
Identify and manage project risk through prioritization, bug management, and any other means necessary
Work with translation vendors and agencies across the globe to ensure work is high quality, on time and on budget
Grow and manage a cross-functional team of remote members to operate efficiently
Work with cross-functional teams to understand localization requirements, share best practices
Plan budget and manage translation costs
Constantly analyze, review and resolve any issues that affect the efficiency of our localization process
Project kick offs & vertical meetings with cross functional groups for planning
Prepare comprehensive management reports
4 to 7 years experience in delivering time bound projects with cross functional stakeholders
Collaborative and assertive to drive successful projects in a timely manner
Stay objective and passionate while working under tight deadlines
Diligent and mindful about many job threads, priorities and dependencies
Provide periodic updates across all work streams and highlight areas that needs specific attention
