Job Description :
Build and scale the Freshworks community from scratch.
Work with several stakeholders within the organization to promote the community, both
internally and externally.
Develop a social strategy to promote the community online.
Create processes to leverage the community in gathering product feedback, identifying
customer evangelists and generating new traffic for the Freshworks website.
Use an iterative approach to improve the user engagement on the community, continuously
taking test results and data into account in formulating initiatives.
Create engaging text, image and video content to fuel community growth.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
5+ years of work experience as a community/social/inbound marketer with at least 3 years’.
experience in managing and growing a product community.
Prior experience of working cross-functionally in an organization.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing.
Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
SaaS/Software industry experience is a plus.
Content marketing experience is a plus.
