The channel marketing associate will work within the channel management team and report to the channel marketing manager. The key role of the channel marketing associate is to ensure that the regional channel marketing plans and efforts are aligned with the sales objectives of the team. As a marketing liaison, the channel marketing analyst will work closely, with the channel managers responsible for driving revenue numbers, and collaborating with GTM partners worldwide, and other cross-functional teams in Freshworks.
Manage geo-specific channel marketing including developing and executing marketing programs that help achieve joint sales goals with partners. This can include but is not limited to lead generation activities, hosting events, execute targeted (cross-sell/upsell) campaigns, drive outbound exercises, manage PR & brand awareness activities and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing exercises including lead generation, product marketing, sales enablement, customer success, partner recruitment, partner communications and more
Develop, localize, maintain and update content such as websites, blogs, case studies, video testimonials, product tutorials, brochures, banners and more
Own all related marketing metrics to measure the success of the activities - demand generation numbers, payback, conversion and other KPIs based on identified KRAs
Manage budget with reliability and own ROI
Be a voice for the partner network within the company
1-2 years of experience in marketing. Additional relevant experience in working with channel / partner / sales will be counted
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business or similar streams
Knowledge in SaaS businesses including current marketing trends
Self-motivated with a proactive approach on projects
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and project management skills
Work in a specific time zone
