We are seeking an energetic and passionate Sales Development Coach to join the Sales Enablement and Productivity team to support the development and readiness of Sales Development Reps (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others succeed and a desire to work in a continuously evolving role as the organization grows.
You will be responsible for helping our SDRs develop their skills and achieve their quotas. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the sales process, sales skills, and the ability to motivate and coach employees of varying seniority from the initial onboarding of new hires to ever boarding for tenured sellers, ensuring customer-facing teams know of available resources and curriculum necessary to engage with their customers effectively.
