As a Product Consultant (Presales) at Freshworks, you will assist the sales/business development team by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You will work hand in hand with the sales team to introduce Freshworks product suite. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand why Freshworks is important to their business. Your job will involve working closely with cross-functional product teams. We are looking to hire Product Consultants with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills. Any previous experience with customer support, CRM, ITSM/ITIL Methodologies, and cloud-based infrastructure will be preferred.
