The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and Productivity (m/f/x) will maximize sales department effectiveness' by determining and solving sales representative and sales manager training needs. In this role, you will develop and refine content, methodology, procedures, systems, and tools to help support the success of the sales teams.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding, continued education, and leadership development teams
Improve the following metrics: Ramp up time of new sales employees, sales efficiency, employee retention, and overall training ROE/ROI
Ensure both compliance and dedication to our sales process at all levels of Sales Engineers, Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
Consult with executive management to design and execute delivery of learning, and ensure alignment between the new hire onboarding program and ongoing training initiatives
Host video conference workshops and classroom training sessions
Work closely with the marketing and products teams to turn market positioning, messaging and product capabilities into sales-specific content such as key sales plays
Develop a process that continuously improves the knowledge, capability, and development of key talent
Facilitate individual and team talent assessments, building and improving upon a variety of tools to identify and groom future sales leaders
Our Perfect Match:
7+ years within SaaS industry and 3+ years in a sales enablement role
Prior track record of success within a sales organization
Strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent projects
Passion for training and the learning environments that you create;
Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Deep understanding of current sales learning and development trends
Strong written, verbal, and social skills
