As a Senior Account Executive for Freshworks, you will be responsible for driving sales into new mid-size UK organisations. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including contract strategies, business development, lead management, qualification, evaluation and closing. This role is quota carrying and commission based, and plays an integral role in our growth plans across the globe.
Your role and responsibilities:
Define and execute plans for your accounts within a vertical along with your manager, and then exceed your sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing opportunities.
Develop and manage your sales pipeline, by assessing and moving many transactions simultaneously.
Grow, manage and track customer contact and install base within your corporate accounts.
Act as a strategic guide and trusted partner to your accounts by becoming intimately knowledgeable about their key business challenges.
Use resources effectively, including MRE, BDR, Pre-sales, Support, Project-managers and Product Marketing Managers to meet your sales goals.
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy settings, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts when required.

Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience selling a SaaS product into the midmarket sector is mandatory. Domain experience of ITSM, CX, ERP experience is preferred.
