Bots Specialist / Implementation Specialist


Overview:

We are looking for a bright Bots Developer to onboard customers and provide enterprise-level technical support to our customers. This technician will gather the requirement via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required and provide the best in class implementation of the product.


Role: The Bot Developer is the one that develops the chatbot and conversation as per the customer’s needs and technical consultation with the customer when the customer builds bots.


Skill: This role is to develop bots and interact with the customer and the internal stakeholders. Technical skill is to understand the API and develop using APIs in the bot flows. Javascript is an added advantage.
