The CRM Tools Admin will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, improving processes and reporting on tools used across Freshworks while continually striving to increase efficiency.
Lead the CRM tools team and create workflow templates to streamline processes within the team
Daily administration and support of CRM , including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, and customization of objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules
Handle multiple projects while working with various internal teams
Create and maintain daily and weekly reports
Analyze information to determine how we can better leverage our systems
Create and maintain documentation on processes, such as training guides
Demonstrated ability to quickly scale up and learn new tools
Excellent communication skills
4-5 years experience in the same or related position
Project management experience
Good to have
Knowledge of SQL or other query language
Team Management experience
