Deliver completed visually appealing written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
Write proposal content, including technical sections, management, and staffing sections, resumes, and executive summaries.
Review and rewrite/edit proposal responses from various stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, presales/product teams, delivery, commercial, and legal.
Take ownership of maintaining the core content in the RFP tool, using established templates, and following proposal-writing standards. Keep the RFP repository/library up-to-date and complete with the most recent content and best responses
Work in collaboration with the RFP Consultant / Program Manager to develop a proposal structure according to the client’s requirements.
Take proactive efforts in maintaining content through initiatives that can benefit the quality of the proposals and drive innovative use of resources
What we Expect
At least 2 to 3 years of experience working with business processes and documentation.
Strong written English language skills and prior experience with Technical writing.
Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities with stringent timelines.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
Exhibits strong research skills.
