Partner with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap and mitigate product gaps
Plan and execute feature launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Service, Sales) and related sales enablement
Produce collateral to aid feature launches & adoption, e.g., solution articles, client pitch decks, client reference etc.
Build & execute a quarterly marketing plan to meet feature adoption goals
Design & execute in-product campaigns
Drive beta program for new features

Knowledge and Experience:
Strong understanding of the office of CIO, technology trends & buyer imperatives
An amazing storyteller and communicator with extremely strong persuasion skills.
A knack for creating content that shape perceptions.
Pragmatic Institute certification will be a plus
