We’re on the lookout for an inbound marketing specialist to develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive demand for the Freshworks suite of products. In this role, you will work with our regional sales leadership to develop a demand-generation plan and own the execution of multiple marketing programs. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B inbound marketer with proven success in working with emerging products and driving go-to-market strategies.
Develop the regional marketing strategy with sales leadership and field marketing
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social, webinars, direct mail and any other channels of your choice
Measure and improve programs continuously across all inbound programs
Execute online demand generation programs including email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, third-party publishing, etc.
Be a public voice for Freshworks; engage customers, prospects and influencers on social media
Monitor the industry, competitor and local trends to convert them into campaign ideas
4-6 years prior experience in marketing, preferably at an enterprise software company
BS/MS degree, education abroad is a plus
Proven experience shaping marketing strategy and strong execution skills
Experience initiating and driving a range of programs including, webinars, social promotions, content marketing, etc.
Metrics driven and has comfort with data analytics
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across the globe
