Define, create and manage key online marketing (acquisition and awareness) efforts in North America, UK & through paid, social, PPC across Account-based marketing platforms, and more aligned with global and regional field marketing campaigns.
Create an ABM strategy to target accounts to be acquired by working with field sales and field marketers.
Work with Marketing Operations to segment audience between CRM and Marketing Automation to capture touchpoints with marketing programs and campaigns, and lead scoring.
Ensure A/B and multivariate tests are applied for continuous optimization of creative and content for all campaigns including demand generation, nurture content, etc, for Mid-market and Enterprise related content.
Work with campaign managers to execute digital campaigns and also measure performance based on engagement metrics, and create systems to communicate the same with Field marketers and sales reps.
Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes.
Develop and manage email templates, newsletters, and outreach campaigns by working closely with the SDR’s.
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably at a technology, advertising or digital media company.
2 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation and/or marketing operations.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Account Based Marketing tools.
Natural team player with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
